I am having difficulty with adding page numbers to PDF document. I have gone through the various stages but at the end when seeking to add the numbering, the OK tab does not appear and I am unable to move this using the mouse or the up and down keys. On all other pages, this works but not here.

Hi Mafzal,

Thank you for reaching out.

As you have mentioned, you are not able to add the page number to a particular PDF. Is that right?

If yes, could you please let us know about the OK tab you are referring to?

Would you mind sharing the PDF with us so we can check it on our end? You can share it using the steps provided here https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7161

Also, share the Acrobat and OS version on the machine. To check the Acrobat version, use the steps provided in this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html

Let us know if you need any help.

Regards,

Meenakshi

Thanks. As for your queries, I would respond as follows:

1. Yes.

2. I assume that the OK button is at the bottom of the screen to apply the page numbers.

3. I enclose the document.

4. I have the recent version. It has only been installed recently.

Hi. Enter key and I have also tried the enter key but without success. There is no OKAY button at the bottom of the screen.

You mean OK is cut off at the bottom of the screen? Perhaps your screen resolution is too small to run Acrobat properly. Some combination of Tab and Enter may work but you really need to resolve the resolution.
