Adding stamps with plugin

New Here ,
Nov 09, 2020 Nov 09, 2020

Hello everyone,

I purchased a plugin called Editorial Markup Stamp Library for Acrobat, which was created by Ripplewater Publishing. The plugin is supposed to provide a set of stamps to use in Acrobat. My Creative Cloud Desktop App says that the plugin is installed, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times, but I cannot find the stamps in the program.

The installation instructions mention that a PDF file should be in the application's stamps folder, but the folder is empty, and I cannot find such a PDF file anywhere.

Adobe support is unresponsive. Can anyone help me with this?

The tool says it's for Acrobat X. I'm guessing it put the stamps in the correct folder for that version. You just need to move it to the folder for DC.

There are two Acrobat stamp folders. Check both of them, and as suggested by Joel5EEA, you need to check folders for any other Acrobat installs that are on your system, including other versions and Reader.

Here's an article that explains how to find the Acrobat Stamp folders.
