I frequently get pdf files from one of my coworkers where he has added text, boxes, stamps, and highlights to the pdf. I get that these are added as a separate layer on top of the original pdf.
The problem is that every once in a while Acrobat will randomly rotate the layer with his comments 90 degrees. It doesn't do the whole file, just specific pages. We don't know why it's happening and can't figure out how to fix it. None of us have Acrobat Pro.
If you rotate the page to try and match the top layer it still rotates with the page.
