Hi, I was wondering how to dowload the adobe 8? I tried to insatal it but It is not working.

What do you mean by 'Adobe 8'?  Adobe has many products, none of which are called 'Adobe 8'.  Whih product, specifically, are you attempting to install?

it is called Adobe Reade 8, so Iam guessing it is version 8 maybe ?

Adobe Reader 8 is long gone.  https://helpx.adobe.com/support/programs/eol-matrix.html has a list of all products and their end of support.  The closest thing to Reader 8 I see is Acrobat Standard and that reached end of support in 2011.  There's not going to be any download available for it from Adobe.

Perhaps you can advise as to why you would even want or need to install Adobe Acrobat Reader 8? Why not use the most current version. It is free software!
