Adobe Acrobat 10 Licensed, Cannot Register, When Use, I get "Invalid Copy"

I've used Adobe Acrobat 10 since it came out.  We got a new PC.  I installed Adobe Acrobat 10 on it (Win10Pro).  I cannot Activate it, because Adobe stopped support.  I CONSTANTLY get an error message "Invalid Copy", which it is NOT.  I have several, fully licensed copies.  Since Adobe is of absolutely NO help, as usual, how the heck may I turn that dang Error Messsage OFF?!!!
