We just installed Adobe Pro 2017 on a Windows 7 64 bit machine. We received the following error in the application logs after a crash.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, Acrobat Pro 2017 is crashing on Windows 7 machine, Is that correct?
Please check for any pending updates of Windows from the control panel, download and install them, reboot the machine and launch Acrobat and see if this brings any difference.
If the issue persists, please use Acrobat cleaner tool to remove Acrobat from the machine Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs
Reboot the machine and install Acrobat Pro 2017 from Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X
