Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are getting a blank licensing screen and unable to accept the end user license agreement.

Unfortunately, none of the fixes worked for me. I tried reinstalling and so on.
What I noticed was that WinRar always started lagging when trying to open the downloaded Zip. Also the setup.exe could only be opened when I started a virusscan (Bitdefender).
We are sorry for the delay in response. I hope you would be able to fix it by now.
If the issue still exists, please try to create a new test user profile on Windows and try using the application there and check.
