Dear all,

I have Adobe Acrobat 2020 Std perpetual license, and it is visible in Adobe LWS. I download the software file from Adobe LWS, which is "Acrobat_2020_Web_WWMUI.exe".

After installation , it is asking for "Sign In". After sign-in, the screen goes blank, or sometimes appears warning "Personal Accounts are not supported. Continue with a Company or School Account to access the service".

I am not sure if the sign-in screen should appear as such, as my license is perpetual license, NOT subscription license.

Is the downloaded EXE file given by LWS correct ?

Not sure what is wrong here.

Hi

Apologies for the trouble you had using Acrobat.

Please confirm if you have provided the serial number during the installation.

If you have a volume serial key, please use CW or APTEE tool to provision Acrobat with the serial key.

Please refer our ETK at https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/AdminGuide/licensing.html for more information on this.

Regards

Ravi
