I have an older version of Acrobat and often when I scan, the program just exits or "crashes" without an error message. I tried uninstalling, using Adobe Cleaner and reinstalling but it still happens.

Any suggestions?

Hi Stephanie,

Jeepers, that was released some 13 years ago. I have a hunch that your newer OS that might have something to do with Acrobat's not doing well.

Your copy is long out of warrenty by Adobe, there's not much that Adobe can (or would) do. It might be time to get a new version (or an older computer with an older OS).

Sorry for the bad news.
