Hi, Please could i ask for assistance. I bought a Imac two years ago Version is 10.12.6 (16G1510), with all the programs already loaded, Indesign, BR, AI,PS, Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro. We had a power failure and I re booted the iMac, everything starts normally but when I open up a PDF document it dosent load up. I thought I would un install it and re install but that aint is working. Please could someone lead me in the right direction. Once again thank you.
This version of Acrobat is extremely old, not supported by Adobe any longer and not compatible with your OS version. Problems with it are to be expected.
