For some reason the Hightligh Tool does not work. I indicate the area I want to highlight using the Highlight Tool but nothing highlights nor does it requiest what color highlight I want to use. Any suggestions? I must be doing something wrong.
If you are using Acrobat 9 on a modern version of either Windows or macOS, that would not be a surprise. Acrobat 9 has been unsupported for quite some time, and as operating systems have been revised over the years, more and more features are no longer working correctly. Unfortunartely, the only way to get around this is by running an operating system of the same vintage as Acrobat 9.
