Adobe Acrobat APP don't open

All the time I tried to open the  APP Adobe Acrobat, this message appears: "Connect the computer to the internet to validate the serial number."

What I have to do? I tried many things that doest'n work.

Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat application you are using?
