Adobe Acrobat can't open after a month

Dear Adobe,

We encounter this problem frequently with Adobe Acrobat Pro, where it automatically shut down by itself and we can't open it afterwards.
We have tried to repair it and use different kinds of methods on the internet, non of the methods works.
This problem is not just effected 1 of the PC, it happened to most of PC we use from time to time.
The only solution we have is to deactivate the code and install the program again. The software we been using is Adobe Creative Suite CS6 Design Standard.
I'm hoping by sending this E-mail, you guys could solve the problem that we encountered.
