Good Morning all,
I have one issue with one of our clients, that has the issue when adding a signature in a PDF Document, she get a Warnings and Error message from Adobe Acrobat, see below, after completly closing Adobe Acrobat, it works again. Before she got a message saying that the memory is not enough, after that we install more ram for her from 16GB to 32GB. But in this case also her Hard Drive Space is more then enough. Maybe somebody can tell me how to fix this issue?
Thanks for your help! 🙂

HI,
Is the form particularly large? (many MB's)
Is there more than one signature?

Hello Malcom,
sorry for the late reply, so the form is around 2.5 MB and she has more then one Signature that she One Signature is around 1.5 MB and the other is around 47 KB. I also try to resize the Signature from 1.5 MB to 50 KB. But this also didn't work. We also added more Memory (RAM) to her PC, but nothing changes any idea, what can be done?
Thanks,
Benjamin

Hi,
Sorry I wasn't clear, I meant the form she is trying to sign, has it been signed already and if so , how many times?

It's not been sign before she add this signature the first time and sometimes it workes and sometimes it doesn't and she get the message "Insufficient disk space to perform operation" mostly after restarting Adobe it works again but we want to know the reason why it happens and maybe we can prevent this from happening. This user is in high management and she wants us to fix it.
Hope you understand, thanks.

Hi,
Is it possible to share a PDF that causes the problem, or is it any PDF? This looks like it could be an enviremental issue with the computer set up, which is very difficult for us to diagnose, the above questions where leading to things that can cause PDF files with signatures to bloat, therefore requiring lots of memory, but that does not seem to be the case.

Hello Malcolm,
unfortunately, I can't provide you with the PDF, because the PDF its a contract.
Also the user doesn't restart her PC that offen, i think that is also causing the issue. But I thought there is maybe some workaround, that she doesn't has to restart Window or Adobe to fix that issue?
Thanks for your help,
Benjamin

I'm having the exact same issue including the "sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't" situation. I'm happy to share the document in question if it will help facilitate a resolution that may help myself and others.
