Adobe Acrobat closes after opening

Followed the advice in recent articles regarding renaming SLStore folders etc.

But Still having no luck. It effects all users logged into a single machine. 

Uninstalled/re-installed both Creative Cloud and Adobe Acrobat Pro but no luck there either.

Please provide as many details as you can regarding your situation.  Windows?  Mac?  Did it run properly initially,  and then stop?
