Adobe Acrobat Convert - asking for an upgrade on account

I have a subscription to Adobe Acrobat document cloud.

In the past i have been able to convert Excel/Wordfiles into PDF format (s recently as Nov 19.20). When i try to perform the same action now, it says i need to upgrade my account to adobe Acrobat PDF Pack.

Please advise.
