I have tried File, Create, PDF from File. Right clicked, Convert to Adobe PDF. Get this error each time. I can open in Windows Photo Viewer and print to Adobe PDF and that works. I have an old version of Adobe Acrobat Pro and that works as well. We have 4 users of this program and they are having the same problem. Program did update on the 16th of Feburary.

Hi,

Greetings! Sorry to hear that you are facing issues with the Image conversion functionality.

It would be great if you could help us with a few queries that will help us in further investigating the bug:

  • Could you please share some sample files on which you're facing this issue?
  • Also, we also need to check whether it is related to the sandbox. Please disable the sandbox with the registry mentioned below and let us know if the issue is still reproducible?
        Win: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\AdobeAcrobat\Trunk\ImageConversionPlugin\buseSandbox (REG_DWORD)= 0

How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud

Please follow the steps to share the file using Adobe send - https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/send/

  • Open this link.
  • Click on “Select files to Send”
  • Click the link "Choose file from my computer" and select the file.
  • Click on "Add Files", if you have more files to add
  • Click on Create link
  • Share this link with us.

Thanks

Adobe Acrobat DC Desktop Team
