Adobe Acrobat DC and Outlook (Office365) not starting, even no splass screen.

Hello,
I don't know why, but all applications are working - without Acrobat DC and Outlook, suddenly.
Does anybody have an idea how to fix this or any reason?
I already tried all those old Regedit settings, with crash dump file etc. But there is no crash file that is created. Even the Microsoft tools could't find any error on the installation. The Apps just don't start even for a second. I reinstalled and installed.

I have absolutely no idea.
