We have a user who when opening Adobe Acrobat crashes more or less instantly. No splash logo/screen appears. Randomly the program will open to view the layout before saying "Not responding" and closing.
Nothing appears in Task Manager, the same issue appeared to happen with Adobe Reader DC too, however all other Adobe apps work fine, in the case of the user, this is Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
The above screenshot is the only error showing in the Event Logs.
I've re-installed, logged out of Creative cloud and back in, the program is up to date, ran a sfc and Dism scan and processes. Tried running as administrator, running in compatibility view, etc. with no joy at all.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
