I am having an issue with Acrobat Reader (free) where the documents will start crashing. The documents are opened up from a dropbox account that is synced to the PC. Documents have no issues as it can be opened using other applications/browsers just fine. I have tried reinstalling the software and reinstalling the OS completely. This is using Windows 10, most up to date version.
This is what my event viewer error log states:

It's been nearly a month without a response. The application is still crashing, more frequently than before now. I can barely open the application now.
