We've deployed Adobe Acrobat DC 2019 to roughly 200 users in the organization, these are user-based licensing so the user creates the Adobe account and signs in for the first time. Multiple users are now reporting that the sign-in screen appears again before a PDF is able to be opened. After the user signs in again, it's random from (several minutes to the next day) when the sign-in screen appears for creds again. Please advise how to disable this and allow only one log in to the software.

Is it possible that the sign-in dialog is related to online storage? You can try to disable online storage by going to Acrobat's Preferences, then select the "General" category and disable the two "show online storage" options. Does that make a difference?
