Adobe Acrobat DC Pro - Moving Text and Forms

Hello,

Is it possible to move text and forms in DC Pro? When I select it will only select forms or the text depending on what edit screen I am on.

No. Static text and form fields exist independently of each other and can't be edited together at the same time.
