Adobe Acrobat DC Tracker - sync with Sharepoint broken

Error message under the Server Status header on each file within the Tracker window says "Could not get new comments. Login credentials are expired or invalid; Please re-enter your sign in for access"

 

Sharepoint password was changed recently so this could explain the issue, but where do I go to sign in or enter my new password to re-gain access?
