Adobe Acrobat Event ID 1000

OS: Windows 10 Pro

using network scanner, when the scan is done it opens the resulting scan as a PDF and then the user gets this error:

It's an erratic problem sometimes days go by without it happening.

Multiple user accounts are on the system and this error has occurred to most of them.

Could you please try updating Acrobat to the latest patch and see if that resolves the issue? Launch Acrobat > click check for updates under Help menu. You may also download updates manually using this link: Adobe - Acrobat : For Windows

Reboot the machine after installing update and check.
