Adobe Acrobat for BOX

I already have an individual plan for Adobe Pro DC. I want to be able to edit document on the program BOX. How can I do that in BOX after I download the document on Box. The program keeps telling me I do not have the plan that allows that. I can edit all documents just fine from files not on BOX. It seems there might be an Adobe Acrobat for BOX.  Does anyone know.  Six hours on a two help chats!!! Can you upgrade or is it a separate program.  Just for me, not the whole company.

Where did you installed the Acrobat Box connector? Desktop?(which one: Windows or macOS) Mobile device? (which mobile device platform: Android or iOS?

Is this happening even if you've installed Box Drive and Box Edit (not just the app)?
