A client has asked what his invoice means - not a technical question - but why does adobe note use this thing we communicate with - what is it now, ohh, that's it - English or any sensible language NOT silly acronyms/abbreviations:
65232729 APCC,ALL,MLP,DRI01,EUW,001,N/A, 1 YR Line Tax Rate: 0 %
i.e. what do the elements represent - 1 year and tax are obvious of course - the rest?....
This link does not work. I can't contact anyone I have an electronic charge with reference ID CCSN,ALL,MLP,DEI01,MUN,001,N/A,1 And, I almost disputed it because it is obviously an invalid charge looking at it. I researched online and found this unhelpful comment. Can you update it to be helpful? How do I get charges that have valid reference numbers and that don't appear to be hacking my account? Any REAL advice besides that useless link? Adobe website does not have information regarding this.
... this isn't an answer - I have the same question.
Same answer, contact Adobe with the link shown.
APCC is Acrobat Pro CC I guess, the rest of the info includes language and license at least.
APCC,ALL,MLP,DRI01,MUN,001,N/A,1 YR Does not take me to any page where I can contact anyone to ask questions. This must be a hoax. Invalid information. I never purchased anything from Adobe. It must be a phishing attempt.
when links (on adobe or anywhere else) fail, try copying the link and pasting it in an address bar. that works with the link that was correct in 2017 and is still works when pasted (but not clicked).
but to update things:
to contact adobe in 2020, using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
click contact us (in the lower right)
in the chat field, type BILLING AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
The subscription is for Adobe Stock. See my reply at the bottom of this post.
Just got off chat with Adobe. Apparently that is for Adobe Stock. It started as a free trial, then rolled over to a subscription. I never signed up for it so I must have accidentally clicked on something and started the trial, then never got an email that the trial was over. And now, if I try to cancel it, I have to pay a cancellation fee!! UGH. So anyway, it's for Adobe Stock subscription.
