Are you using one of those beta-tester versions of Big Sur ?

If not, what is the macOS version that you're currently using.

Based on the screenshot the exception was caught by the operating system and also it doesn't allow you to click on "Ignore" or "Report"  buttons?

I would say to click on Help-->>> Repair Installation first. And if that doesn't work proceed with an uninstall and run the Acrobat cleaner and Repair tool before reinstalling.

Hi Shashikant

We are sorry for the trouble. As described you are not able to open the application and getting the error 'Application quit unexpectedly'

++ Adding to the suggestion by ls_rbls

Assuming that you are not using the beta version of Mac OS Big Sur

1. Please try to reboot the computer once and see if that makes any difference.

2. If it still doesn't work, create a new test user profile with full admin rights or enable the root account in Mac and try using the application there and check.

3. If it still doesn't work, please remove the application using the Acrobat Cleaner Tool https://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html , reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html

4. You may also look at the steps provided in the help pages listed below

Let us know how it goes
