Please, help! Just spent an hour with the Adobe Customer Support Agent, and he was not able to help me.
Yesterday, I needed to print my PDF document with a signature. So "edited" the PDF by clicking Tools >Edit>Edit Using >Microsoft Paint > Select ..
Then I selected a part of the document with the signature - edited colors as blue and saved it. After that change, ALL my texts, ALL my PDF files look original on the computer but blue/green/teal texts when printed. I have not changed the printer preferences, I print the word documents as normal on the same computer and the same printer, but PDF even on a different device prints blue.
I googled, changed preferences, reset the printer's factory preferences, checked grayscale, color managements, ink manager, went back again to Edit>Change Font Colors.. Nothing. Works.
Please help!!!
Images attached: 1) pictire from the computer, how the PDF file looks before printing; 2) after printed
Thank you!!
