Adobe Acrobat pro 17: Configuration Error

Dear Community,

I received my serial-nr. for Acrobat Pro 2017 students, German version end of May last year, the software worked without any problems. Since some weeks I got 2 notifications when starting Acrobat Pro 2017:

1. Your request could not be executed. Either your licence is expired or has not been activated

1. "Ihre Anfrage konnte nicht ausgeführt werden. Ihre Adobe Acrobat-Lizenz ist entweder abgelaufen oder wurde nicht aktiviert"

2. Configuration error: Pls. deinstall the software and install it again. If the prpblem accurs again, contact Adobe technical support - Error: 17

2. "Konfigurationsfehler: Deinstallieren Sie das Produkt und deinstallieren Sie es erneut. Wenn das Problem erneut auftritt, wenden Sie sich an den technischen Support von Adobe und geben Sie dabei den Fehlercode an, der im unteren Bereich des Bildschirms aufgeführt ist. Fehler: 16."

Any ideas how to solve this problem?
