I purchased a subscription in 2015. All of a sudden my subscription is now telling me I do not have features I have used for years. I cannot combine files, export files, edit files. etc. This has been something I have done for years. I have the software license certificate. When I attempt to re-install the software it tells me the serial number is not valid. When I call Adobe they do not help at all. They have the worst customer service.
They ask the same questions over and over again and pass you along to different technical assistance people. Theey finally told me to post my concerns in the Adobe Forum. Now I would like to know how is this supposed to help me.

Your question doesn't match your title. Acrobat 9 never had a subscription model, and it was not available in 2015, so what version are you using, exactly?

I'm not sure what you are referencing when you say it never had a subscription model. If it was not available in 2015, why do I have a license certificate stating issued in 2015. The title of the software state the following on my license certificate: Acrobat Professional DC2015 12.0 MLP AOO License UE (65258634).

Right. That's not Acrobat 9. It's Acrobat DC (2015)...

So, now we know you have Acrobat 2015, not Acrobat 9. That changes everything. But still, I don't understand why you would Have a subscription and a serial number, simply because normally people have one or the other, but not both.
Have you been paying a subscription every month or year since 2015? If so it should show up in your account as a"plan". Please tell us the plan shown there.
