Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015 won't let me log in after reinstall

New Here ,
Aug 12, 2021 Aug 12, 2021

I have the disc of 2015 Acrobat Pro DC, perpetual license. It's currently installed on my laptop and works fine. I got a new desktop and have installed 2015 Acrobat, but when I go to open it, it says, "Update Required." I've updated IE to the latest version, I'm running Win10. I'm logged out of the other Adobe iteration on the laptop. Chat says they don't support this version anymore.

What do I need to do to get this running?

Thanks

Hi kglad,

After uninstalling, then reinstalling with every patch I could download, I
got it to work, but it still doesn't show as one of my products in my Adobe
acct.
Thanks for your help,

that's not important. adobe doesn't support it anyway (as you know).  getting it to work is more important.

Hi there

++ Adding to the discussion

Are you getting the error message 'Your browser or OS is no longer supported - Update Required'? If yes, please check out the steps shared in the help page - https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/update-operating-system-and-browser.html and see if that works.

Amal
