Adobe Acrobat Pro DC asking for an updated Browser or Operating System

Hi. I have a user whose Adobe Acrobat Pro DC keeps asking for an updated browser or operating system, of which she has both. I was searching for possibly my next steps. I am going to totally uninstall and reinstall it, but wanted to reach out and see if others had seen this and what to do to resolve. Her Adobe Reader does not ask for an updated browser or operating system. Thanks.
