I understand how to use this feature, but what I'm trying to do is to is to have the program automatically detect the check boxes when I make a PDF a fillable form. How do you do that?
If your doing each check box manually, how would you get it to apply for all check boxes you want to insert manually to be the same exact size without having to resize each one individually and make it permanently?
If your doing each check box manually, how do get it to size itself to each check box automatically without having to resize it by detecting this from the program itself?

First of all, I moved your question to the PDF Forms forum.
You can use the Fields Detection Wizard to automatically detect fields, but the results will never be 100% correct and will always require manual adjustments.
To create fields of the same size you can either create the first one and then copy & paste it (you will later on need to rename it, though), or use the Create Multiple Copies command (that will automatically rename the field for you), or select the fields and then right-click one of them (the one with the desired size) and use the Set Fields to Same Size option, or use a script.

Ok this was some really really good stuff you told me to do and I tried them and they worked.
Is there a way that when you place all of the text field or check mark boxes that you can make it to where that they all line up perfectly without you having to maually adjust them this way?

You can align multiple fields at once. Select the all (in form edit mode), right-click the one that has the correct position and then select Align, Distribute or Center - Align Left/Right/Top/Bottom/etc.

I don't know if I'm understanding this or not, but when I use these functions they move way out of the page far away from the the check box or text field when I do that. How do I keep it from doing that?
When I use the Create Multiple Copies it creates several rows of check boxes touching one another all going across and all I want to do is to have it detect the check boxes that are straight across from the 1st one and put them there when I use this function. How would I do that?
