Hello - I've just installed Adobe Pro DC on a user's PC, and unfortunately it crashes shortly after loading and/or when she clicks on anything in the application's window.
I've attempted all of the troubleshooting tips from the forum & Adobe help documents, alas she's still having the issue. The only unique thing about this user is that they also have an older version (Pro XI) installed alongside Pro DC.
It's a real bummer. Any thoughts/recommendations on troubleshooting this?

We are sorry for the trouble. As described the application is crashing soon after it loads. What is the version of the application? To check the version of the application please use the link (https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html)
Please try the following steps and see if that works for you.
