Adobe acrobat pro dont accept product key

Hello, 10 years ago I installed Adobe Design Standart CS6 ( I have original product key). But several months ago ( when everything worked well), my computer was hacked and after hacker attack all my files were encrypted and I had to install new Windows 10 and reinstall Adobe Design pack. But after new reinstallation all Adobe working correctly, only Adobe Acrobat pro not working and if I open program wrote that are the Trial version...If I licensing and input original product key program accept this key but anyway wrote that are Trial version...and I can not use Acrobat Pro:(

Which message do you get exactly?

If your serial number not valid, then take a look here:

Error: "The serial number is not valid for this product" | Adobe Creative Suite

Invalid or revoked serial numbers (adobe.com)

If you don't have deactivate your former installation it could be that you have reached your activation limit.

In this case you have to contact the Adobe support. They can reset your activations.
