I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro and was trying to download it, when all of a sudden it got stuck after downloading about 32%. It keeps telling me that I have to close Microsoft PowerPoint in order to proceed. The funny thing is that I did not have PowerPoint open at any stage, so I have no idea what the problem is. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.
