As I have been more than satisfied using Adobe Acrobat for designing/developing interative PDF forms for family, friends, and my own personal/business needs since its inception, I am first to admit that I am for the most part unfamiliar with PDF creation app alternatives such as PDF Nitro, Wondershare PDF Element, Foxit, etc. and what they have to offer. However, having recently read a number of replies to a question asked on Quora regarding PDF creation software alternatives to Adobe Acrobat,  I have reservations as to the validity of many answers provided. While I would imagine there exist a number of PDF alternatives today that can be used to create a basic interactive PDF form, are there actually any competitive PDF creation apps that can really hold a candle to Adobe Acrobat when it comes to creating and employing Javascript form feature enhancements such as popup menus, calculation fields, signature form fields, and the like that can also function in using the Free Adobe Reader? As I wanted to chime in with an answer on Quora, I thought I would check with those of you in the forum beforehand as I don't want  to provide any misinformation to others or tackfully call out answers as being incorrect if in reality they're true. Any comments regarding this subject matter are most appreciated.
