Adobe Acrobat Reader DC unable to do review from Adobe Acrobat 2017

Hi community,

 

My organization use Adobe Acrobat for reviewing in-house documents over decade.

We have difference version of Acrobat, such as, X, XI, 2017, or even the latest version of Acrobat DC.

 

Recently, we got unexpected problems on PDF review mode between Acrobat 2017, Acrobat DC and Acrobat Reader DC.

 

In general, when we share PDF review (on local server, not cloud) on latest version Acrobat DC to other people, those people will be able to review it by opening the share link on the latest version of Acrobat Reader DC in their computer.

 

On the contrary, sharing PDF review on lower version, such as Acrobat 2017 11.0.23, and when we try to review it (on local server, not cloud) by opening the share link on the latest version of Acrobat Reader DC, it looks like something went wrong and we unable to open the review mode on the latest version of Acrobat Reader DC.

 

Have someone experience this issue before?
