Since I subscribed to this product, it has been a nightmare. Running on Windowns 10 intel core i3. Computer is so slow since I subscribed. Can't find a fix despite following all of the suggestions. I guess I need to move on to Activepdf.com.

Sorry for the trouble caused.
As the application is working slow, try repair installation and ensure that you are using the latest version of the application.
In the application, go to Help > Repair Installation or Check for updates. You can check the latest update available for the application from here https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/release-note/release-notes-acrobat-reader.html
Please also try the troubleshooting steps provided in the following help link https://helpx.adobe.com/in/x-productkb/global/troubleshoot-system-errors-freezes-windows.html
Check if that makes any difference.
If the issue persists, please try uninstalling and re-installing the application.
To remove the application, use the cleaner tool https://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html and reboot the machine.
Then re-install the application from this link https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/acrobat-downloads.html
