(Adobe Acrobat XI Pro) Can't activate product with Legit serial number

I am trying to install and activate Adobe Acrobat XI Pro. I download installer and use serial number number from a previous order history. Installation goes through, however, opening up the app shows me the attached screen.

"Serial Number you provided is valid, but a qualifying product could not be found on this computer"

Under Product, I do not see Adobe Acrobat XI Pro to select from the list.

What gives?

 

The catch22 is that the help text it provides at the bottom is exactly what I am doing

This tells me you purchased Acrobat 11 as an upgrade.  So you need the qualifying product, Acrobat 10.  Do you still have your Acrobat 10 disk?  Usually loading the installation disk into your computer bay is sufficient.
