Adobe acrobat

It looks that my adobe acrobat upgraded on Oct 13 2020 and now all of my files are missing. Entire folders are gone. 5 years with of filing. I have multiple emails associated with Adobe and none of them seem to help restore my files. Looking for help, please.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described after updating the application, all your files and folders are missing.

 

Are the files missing from your computer hard drive or from document cloud / cloud storage or are they missing from the within the application? 

 

Please try to reboot the computer once and check. Also, as mentioned, you have multiple emails associated with Adobe, please log out of the application and try to login with the correct Adobe ID and see if that helps.

 

If the files are not visible in application but has been stored to the "Document Cloud" then it should be accessible through the website- https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/documents/files/
