Few on here know exactly what I mean, it open then closes with some error message, I DEMAND a fix!

Thank you, it's a Win10 machine used to never have this issue, then one day something must have happened and just keeps crashing.

What are the exact versions of "Adobe DC" on each machine (please check, not "latest" please)?
What is the actual product - there isn't an Adobe DC, but there are several different products with "DC" in the name?
