Bonjour,

Je suis abonnée à la créative cloud. Je rencontre un problème sur le logiciel ADOBE DC. 

Une pop'up apparaît me spécifiant "Nous ne pouvons pas vérifier votre statut d'abonnement". 

Le problème ne concerne que ce logiciel. Les autres s'ouvrent sans pb.

Avez-vous une idée d'où ça peut venir ?

 

Merci pour votre aide 

NB : il va de soi que je suis connectée à internet et connecté au compte !

Avez-vous cliqué sur "Réessayer" ?

En général au bout de 2 ou 3 fois ça lui passe.
