Adobe Error: Not letting me open files...

Hello!

When I go to open a PDF I get an error message saying "You do not have permission to open the application "Adobe Acrobat". Contact your computer or network admin for assistance." Then it shows that it sent the report to Apple. I've uninstalled and re-installed and re-started my computer and nothing is working. HELP!

Having same problem.  Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling - no luck.
