Adobe fill & sign feature - timestamp?

Hi, I would like to know whether there is a trace somewhere of the date and time at which a signature is created using the Fill & Sign feature? This would be useful to know in cases where there is backdating of document signatures. Thank you.

Hi Lisa,

We are sorry for the trouble. As described you want to check with the date and time when was the signature created using fill and sign  on a PDF

You may try to check the Description of the PDF under document properties. that will show you when the document was created and when it was modified  with the date and time.

Note: once the PDF is signed it gets locked for further editing. so in this case the last time it was modified is the time it was signed.

Go to File > Properties > Description. and see if that suits your requirement.
