Adobe FIllable Form Security

I have created a Adobe fillable form with a submit button. I added a action behind the button to send an email.  Question is, is the data that is entered secure when the submit button is clicked?  I appreciate timely response.

No, it isn't secure. You must not submit personal or sensitive data by email at all, it has to be sent to an https server, just like a regular secure web page.
