Every time I log in it appears I am in trial mode. I have been paying for a subscription for months with no problem. I tried to restore purchase and I get the following error. I tried to subscribe again and I get another message saying I already have a subscription. See picture. Please help.
Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, everytime you login it appears you are in trial mode.
I have checked the Adobe account linked with the email you are using on this community and unable to track any paid subscription. Please logout of the application, check for any missing updates and try updating the application, reboot the device and re-login to the application with the correct Adobe ID/email used for subscription and see if that works.
