Just a quick question regarding ADA compliant PDFs, as there are some legal issues for uploading PDFs that are not ADA compliant, is there an insurance policy when we use Adobe Acrobat Pro to scan the document and upload it on a website?
There is no such offer in the license. You should also know that
(1) compliance is a constantly moving target; so is the legislation
(2) Acrobat's compliance checker is not considerered the best or fullest; look for specialist tools
(3) compliance can NEVER be a "click and confirm" process. To produce a compliant document needs careful manual checking in EVERY case; full compliance requires things no computer could check.
Hello, and thank you for the response. There are other 3rd party companies that offer services for compliance with insurance - Abledocs, I just want to make sure if Adobe has a similar extra service. thank you for the input.
In regards to specialist tools, do you have any suggestions or recommendations I can review and look into?
