I have a pro licence, but I cannot save documents.....following message is received: ..the document could not be saved. A file I/O error has occured....
Wrong forum, so I've moved this thread into Acrobat forum.
Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As you are unable to save the PDF and getting the I/O error.
Please look at the correct answer marked in a similar discussion https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/the-document-could-not-be-saved-a-file-i-o-error-has-occured/... and see if that works for you.
