Adobe Pro Not uninstalling and Re-downloading

Hello, I downloaded adobe pro but I already had the standard version and couldn't tell the two apart. I deleted both from my macbook in hopes of re-downloading adobe pro but creative cloud is not allowing me to do so. I was wondering if there was any fix to this problem.  I am trying to get it to work through creative cloud and i'm  logged in through my University as we are doing online classes this year. Please let me know what I can do to change this thanks.
